Payment Policy:

• After confirmation, 60% deposit of the total prices.
• 30% of the deposit needs to be settled 30 days ahead before arrival.
• 10% of deposit needs to settle before 07 working days of arrival.

Cancellations Policy:

• In case of cancellation, fees will be charged accordingly as below When the cancellation is requested 45 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total invoice amount will be deducted.
• When the cancellation is requested 30 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total invoice amount will be deducted.
• When the cancellation is requested 20 days prior to arrival, booking amount will be under cancellation i.e. non refundable amount.
• Flight cancellation charges will be on actual basis and any changes in the airline timings or rescheduling of flight, will be as per the airlines policy.
• Travel agency will not be held responsible for such changes.
• Any special or group flight fares will be considered non-refundable/ non transferable/ non-changeable under any circumstances.
• Travel between 20th December to 10th January will be considered as special black out travel date (high peak season).
• In case of no undefined show, 100% of total deposited amount will be forfeited.
• No Refund Will be applicable if booking cancelled due to government-imposed lock down/Covid restrictions/Force majeure, in that Case we will send you credit note of advance amount that will be applicable for next 6-month from date of issue.
• Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as wars, strikes, earthquakes, etc. will be considered subject to each case
